At Emaan Adeel International, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fashion collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unworn garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, labels, and the original invoice are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send the package to our designated production facility using a trackable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7 to 10 business days.
